Delete your Embering account

You can delete your account at any time. It takes under a minute, and you do not need to contact us.

In the app

1. Open Embering and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

If you can’t open the app

Write to admin@embering.app from the email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Embering account”. We will delete the account and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and your email address
• Your library of packs, your credits and your free voice choice
• Your record at RevenueCat, the service that checks store purchases for us (we ask it to delete your customer record; if it cannot be reached at once we retry until it is done)

What is not deleted

• Everything already on your phone — your favourites, affirmations and progress — stays there. Delete the app to remove it.
• The anonymous counts described in the Privacy Policy carry no identifier, so they cannot be traced to you and cannot be deleted by account.
• A subscription bought through Apple or Google is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings.

Deleting an account cannot be undone. If you sign up again with the same email, you start fresh.
